Melissa earned her doctorate in educational psychology and is a certified school psychologist, former professor, TEDx speaker, author, and parent of 3 amazing humans – one in the US Navy, one in the US Coast Guard, and one studying at Yale University. Melissa created calmpak in 2020 to help people live better through better sleep, better focus, better performance, and better health. Her passion is combining technology + psychology to improve performance and quality of life, with a dose of competitive sailing on the side!
